CHEF ADRI
Chef Adrian is from Quintana Roo, Mexico and has been collaborating with us for years. He has lived in Puerto Aventuras since its beginning; having worked for the iconic Papaya Republic Restaurant. He built a career as a cook, pastry chef, baker, pizza and pasta maker, as well as a fine sushi/sashimi maker. He has worked alongside a number of great chefs who taught him many of his amazing skills. Along with cooking, he is a fine waiter and a bartender. He has a great positive attitude and is very hard working.
