PUERTO AVENTURAS CATERING STAFF

Our staff: Over the years we have built a team of dedicated staff from Mexico, Italy, USA, and Argentina. Many are multi-lingual chefs, cooks, waiters, bartenders, photographers, and butlers. We staff our catering and wedding events with our clients in mind. Here are some of our favorite people we have worked with thru the years of Puerto Aventuras Catering!

CHEF FRANCESCA

Chef Francesca is Italian/Mexican, has opened fine Italian Restaurants and Sushi Bars. She has traveled much of the world in her sailboat with her children and has dined just about everywhere. She brings to Puerto Aventuras Catering a love of food.

CHEF PINO

Chef Pino is Italian, has worked in Hotels and fine Restaurants in Italy, United States and England. He migrated here from Italy to enjoy the Sun and clean living in Puerto Aventuras. He also mentors wine and food tours in Piedmont, Italy

CHEF JAZMÍN

Chef Jazmín is Mexican, and began her culinary journey in Coyoacán, Mexico City, a place rich in culture, history, and culinary tradition. I studied Hospitality and Gastronomy at the Universidad del Valle de México, where I discovered my passion for the culinary arts.

Chef Adrian (Adri for short) is Mexican from Quintana Roo. He is an accomplished chef, baker, and sommelier; often setting up and coordinating our wedding bar.

SOMMELIER ALEX

Sommelier Alex is Mexican from Mexico City. He is very knowledgeable of the fine wines of Mexico and is a great bartender

This was a great experience, one you can thoroughly enjoy even if you don’t love tequila. Which you’ll learn to like and appreciate much more after learning the finer points of how to pour, sniff and taste it.

The event easily exceeded our group’s expectations, starting with an impressively detailed and colorful table presentation. You’ll feel like you’re in for a treat before you even sit down. From there it only gets better, from the presentation of the history and particulars of producing tequila to the tasting of a slate of very high-quality samples that will leave you wanting more.

Pino, Francesca and their young gentlemen helper was so attentive and thorough. The food and presentation was incredible. Our 14 guests enjoyed the professional and incredibly tasting food prepared daily for us. The chefs arrived daily in plenty enough time to prepare the kitchen and meals for our 6 pm dinner. They served, cleaned and left without even knowing they had prepared such a large meal.

Puerto Aventuras Catering with Pino and Santos make our entire stay so relaxing and enjoyable, making us feel we were truly on vacation. Pino prepared amazing dishes for us each day, fresh salsas and ensured we had everything we needed (and more). Pino took his time to ensure the menu was correct and it was a pleasure working with Pino on suggestions and enhancements to the menu each day. Santos is an amazing bartender, making fresh juices for us for amazing drink suggestions. Having such a skilled chef and bartender really made our vacation wonderful.
