Chef Francesca is head chef of Puerto Aventuras Catering in Mexico. She is Italian/Mexican, and has opened fine Italian Restaurants and Sushi Bars. She has traveled much of the world in her sailboat with her children and has dined just about everywhere. She brings to Puerto Aventuras Catering a love of food.
