This was a great experience, one you can thoroughly enjoy even if you don’t love tequila. Which you’ll learn to like and appreciate much more after learning the finer points of how to pour, sniff and taste it.

The event easily exceeded our group’s expectations, starting with an impressively detailed and colorful table presentation. You’ll feel like you’re in for a treat before you even sit down. From there it only gets better, from the presentation of the history and particulars of producing tequila to the tasting of a slate of very high-quality samples that will leave you wanting more.

Well worth the time and reasonable $.

Pino, Francesca and their young gentlemen helper was so attentive and thorough. The food and presentation was incredible. Our 14 guests enjoyed the professional and incredibly tasting food prepared daily for us. The chefs arrived daily in plenty enough time to prepare the kitchen and meals for our 6 pm dinner. They served, cleaned and left without even knowing they had prepared such a large meal.

Thank you kindly, we recommend your services highly.

Puerto Aventuras Catering with Pino and Santos make our entire stay so relaxing and enjoyable, making us feel we were truly on vacation. Pino prepared amazing dishes for us each day, fresh salsas and ensured we had everything we needed (and more). Pino took his time to ensure the menu was correct and it was a pleasure working with Pino on suggestions and enhancements to the menu each day. Santos is an amazing bartender, making fresh juices for us for amazing drink suggestions. Having such a skilled chef and bartender really made our vacation wonderful.

The food was fabulous! They were accommodating and easy to work with. The Mayan Luau and quesadillas were amazing. Thank you so much!

We had the pleasure of Chef Francesca preparing our food for the weekend. She did not disappoint, every meal was incredible and we never ate the same thing twice. We were able to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine that tasted better than anything we had in town and it came with 5 star service. At the end of our trip everyone raved about the food and the service we received.

las mejores tortillas mexicanas. puro disfrute. Parada obligatoria para disfrutar plenamente de esta deliciosa comida callejera.

Chef Luis was fantastic! His authentic Mexican cooking and our Mexican luau was amazing. He was professional, timely, organized and cleaned everything in sight! We will definitely be using his services again in the future. (Ps he’s also a really talented magician) 😊

Puerto Aventuras Catering is the best. Chef Francesca and her team are professional and the food is wonderful. We have been using them for the last 6 years and would highly recommend them without hesitation! Can’t wait for our next meal 🙂

Francesca and team managed our Christmas dinner this year for a family of 9. They came to our apartment in Puerto Aventuras promptly on time on Christas afternoon and were incredibly well prepared for managing the process from start to finish. They made us feel at ease and allowed us to enjoy the Christmas moment together as a family as they prepared the meal. The food was of the highest quality across the starters, main course and dessert. They made us feel like Christmas far from home. Upon finishing they also cleaned and left everything in the kitchen the same way as they found it.

I would highly recommend Francesca and Puerto Aventuras Catering to anyone who has an event if you are looking for efficiency, high quality food and professional event management.

Francesca and her team are absolutely AMAZING! Each and every meal is delightful and more tasty than any restaurant near us. She uses high quality ingredients and has excellent technique. She is extremely amenable to customizing menus and is able to make changes when possible. I look forward to Francesca’s cooking every year!

We use these Chefs every time we come for vacation. They always exceed expectations by providing amazing meals. Their staff, energy, and professionalism is 10/10. I highly recommend this company for any catering services.

My family have been going to Puerto Aventuras for a long long time, over 15 years. We have used PA Catering for at least 10 years and we absolutely love them! We love how easy it is to work with them and the food is delicious every time. Service is great, variety is great. I highly recommend using PA Catering – made a huge difference in how we vacation. We all agreed that eating out doesn’t always make us feel great the next day. We appreciate the freshness of our home cooked meals on vacation.

Francesca and team were AMAZING. They cook the best food I have ever had! So much so that I asked if they could make a cook book with their recipes. Their eggs Benedict and shashuka were my favorite. All their food was fresh with exquisite taste: They were so accommodating and respectful throughout our stay and I highly recommend using them!

Chef Pino, Sous Chef Luis, and the whole Puerto Aventuras Catering Team elevated our villa vacation to a super-premium experience. We had three appetizing, abundant, and authentic Mexican meals prepared to perfection every day, and served with excellence. Attention was paid to every detail, and the team was almost ninja-like in their ability to set our table, prepare and serve our food, and clean up everything as if they had never been there. Chef Pino was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we could possibly desire, and he accommodated our minor modification requests without hesitation. I could not recommend Puerto Aventuras more highly or with more enthusiasm. Truly a vacation game changer.

We hired Puerto Aventuras Catering to cook for us during our stay and I can’t recommend them enough! Jasmine was amazing and her food was delicious even my super picky 12 year old son loved her cooking! She was also really flexible with some time changes we made last minute. I wanted to take her home with us!

We cannot begin to tell you how these special people made our family vacation complete. The food was perfect and the care they gave us made the vacation perfect. Thank you from all of us.

Everything was delicious, the chef and assistant were prompt, kind, and provided excellent service. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious meal and service!

We had multiple meals throughout our stay in Mexico with Francesca and her team. We were treated to fresh, filling and delicious meals no matter the time of day! They were always on time and accommodated any type of request or change we made throughout our stay. Francesca and Jazmine far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend PA catering to anyone looking to have catering while they are on vacation!

I just want to thank Puerto Aventuras Catering for taking such good care of my family and our catering needs when we travel down for our vacations!

We have been working with Puerto Aventuras Catering for many years now. They cater our bi-annual Friendsgiving dinner of up to 40 people. Our small social Gatherings, intimate dinners and tequila tastings. They are the best in the area for onsite Catering and we wouldn’t even think about using anyone else.

As an Event professional and chef myself in the industry for over 20 years in the United States, Francesca is the one I trust and Chef Pino too!!

We look forward to working with them again this winter!!

We were a group of 6 adults. We asked Chef Francesca to prepare her special Mayan Dinner for us. The food was absolutely amazing, there was plenty prepared- we had leftovers. Chef Francesca and her husband were gracious, friendly, professional and simply charming. We were delighted with our meal & will definitely do it again.
